With Swarajya, we enabled companies to have an easy and effective product launch. Our goal was to build excitement for and awareness of the new product.
Since the product and company was unheard of, the goals we had with our efforts first was to build brand awareness to eventually increase sales. The first step we took to gain attention for our product was creating and gifting hampers to influencers who helped spread information about our product. We also built our content marketing channel early on to let people be informed about when our product would launch.
We scaled and did the bulk of our sales using organic and paid marketing like Google Ads, Search Engine Optimisation and Facebook Ads. We created a stable channel of communication for inquiry and customer service through chatbots and WhatsApp Groups and these touch points we created early on were the most effective. Another channel that worked wonderfully well was referrals where people who liked our product introduced it to their friends and family.
